Description: Our custom blend of specialty seasonal greens. Currently full of mustards, mizunas and Chinese cabbage. This mix can be eaten raw or cooked. Sauté up as its own side dish, or add to stir-fry, pasta, potatoes, you name it. A little spicy when raw, yet mild when cooked.

FUN FACT: This mix was grown by no other than David Slaman. The last name "Slaman" comes from Dutch origin and can be translated as "Salad Man". Therefore we've decided to brand our seasonal greens as Sla-mixes.
