Description: Otherwise known as Nero Tondo, Schwarzer Runder, or simply Black Radish, these radishes have a strong, earthy, and pungent flavour that is spicier and sharper than other radish varieties. When raw, it can have a bitter taste, but its flavour mellows to become subtly sweet with peppery undertones when cooked.
