Description: Our one exception for Bulkley Valley-made products. It's maple syrup and we couldn't resist. The Dick family has been making maple syrup at their sugar bush in L'Ange Gardien, QC for over 30 years. The process of turning maple sap to syrup is done entirely on their property from harvesting firewood, tapping over 900 maple trees, canning the syrup - and lots of taste testing along the way! Ally Dick grew up helping her parents at the sugar bush with tapping maple trees, collecting buckets of sap and is happy to help bring this product to the Bulkley Valley where she now calls home. This syrup was made in the spring of 2025 - bon appétit!
