Regular (Medium) Squash

A variety of medium squashes. Varieties include:

Spaghetti: Spaghetti Squash is known for its fine, delicate strands that resemble angel hair pasta when cooked. Its oblong shape and pale yellow skin house a mild, slightly sweet flesh that transforms into thin, noodle-like strands after baking or steaming. 

Kabocha (Blue & Red): Renowned for its rich, nutty flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Perfectly suited for roasting, pureeing, or steaming, it adds a naturally sweet and hearty touch to soups, casseroles, or side dishes.

Georgia Candy Roaster: A rare, heirloom winter squash with a unique, mildly sweet, nutty and buttery flavour that is denser and creamier than most squash, making it excellent for pies, soups, and baked goods. Its flavour is said to improve with storage, developing an even sweeter taste over time.

Acorn: Acorn squash has a mild, nutty, and subtly sweet flavour, with a soft, creamy texture when cooked. The flavour is not overpowering, making it versatile for both sweet and savoury dishes like soups, stuffing, and simply roasting.  

Each squash weighs approximately 2lb.
