Description: Like regular garlic, it just hasn't been cured yet. This means it tastes a bit stronger, and won't store for as long as the garlic you're used to. Store in the fridge, or on the shelf, but you'll want to consume it within a week or two. One of those special crops that you can't get in the grocery store, and a fresh taste worth experiencing.
Details: Sold per head.
Grown by: Quality Harvests, Smithers, BC.
