We didn’t want this to be just another bland mushroom risotto mix. We spent a lot of time with our French Chef friend to get the balance just right. The “secret sauce” is the preserved lemon. Its bright, salty zing cuts right through the richness of the rice, making it a gourmet lions mane food that feels like it came out of a professional kitchen, even if you’re just wearing your pajamas.
