About Little Acres Artisan Loaves: Owner, Brittany, is a mom to three elementary-aged kids. In 2022, they moved to the valley from Vancouver Island and fell in love with it here. In 2024, she started her bakery as a side hobby with her husband. At the end of that year she tragically lost him, and never thought in her wildest dreams that this would become her full time work. She continues to do this to stay grounded during hard times and stay connected to her husband and community. There's something so rewarding about creating and perfecting each loaf, made with simple ingredients.
